Privacy Policy
GreenTeaApps · Effective date: October 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GreenTeaApps ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information when you play our games and use our apps published on Google Play and the Apple App Store (the "Games"). By using the Games you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
1. Who we are
GreenTeaApps is an independent developer and publisher of mobile games and applications and is the data controller for the information described in this Policy. For any privacy question or request, including questions for our data protection contact, write to greentreeappteam@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or account login, and our Games can be played without registration. The Games and the third-party services built into them collect the following information automatically:
- Device and app identifiers: advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android; on iOS the IDFA, only if you allow tracking), app set ID, identifier for vendors (IDFV) on iOS, Firebase installation ID and similar identifiers generated for the Game.
- Device information: device model and manufacturer, operating system version, language, screen size, mobile carrier, connection type, app version.
- Approximate location: country or region derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise (GPS) location.
- Gameplay and usage data: levels played, progress, session length, features used, purchases made in the Game, ads viewed or clicked, and similar events.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data.
- Purchases: if you buy something in a Game, the payment is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive confirmation of the purchase (product, order ID, time). We never receive or store your card or bank details.
- Feedback you send us: if you send us a rating, an in-game feedback form or an email, we receive what you write and your email address if you include it.
Our Games store your game progress (coins, upgrades, settings) locally on your device.
App permissions
- Internet and network state: to load ads, analytics and game settings, and to check whether you are online.
- Notifications: to send optional reminders. Android asks for your permission; you can turn notifications off at any time.
- Vibration: for haptic feedback, if enabled in the app.
- Advertising ID: used by our advertising and analytics partners as described in section 4.
- Photos, camera or storage (only in apps that edit or save images, such as photo frame apps): used only to let you choose, edit and save your own pictures. Your pictures are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.
On iOS, notifications and tracking are only used if you allow them when asked; you can change these choices in the iOS Settings app.
Permissions that are not needed for an app to work are optional, and you can withdraw them in your device settings.
3. How we use information
- To run the Games, save your progress and deliver purchased items.
- To show advertising, including rewarded videos you choose to watch, and to measure ad performance.
- To understand how the Games are played, fix bugs and crashes, balance difficulty and improve the Games.
- To send optional local notifications (for example, a reminder that a reward is ready). You can turn notifications off in your device settings.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Advertising
Our Games are free and supported by advertising. We use the Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation platform, which runs an auction among advertising networks. Depending on the Game and your country, ads may be served by the networks listed in section 5. These partners may use your advertising ID, IP address and device information to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure results and, where you have allowed it, show ads based on your interests.
Your choices: on Android you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads). On iOS, our Games ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the IDFA can be used for tracking; you can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google's consent tool. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings option in the Game's settings menu (where shown) or by contacting us. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalized ads.
Some Games offer a purchase that removes ads. Rewarded videos that you choose to watch may remain available.
5. Third-party services we use

6. Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
- Contract: to provide the Game and deliver purchases.
- Consent: for personalized advertising and related tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time in the Game's privacy settings or by contacting us.
- Legitimate interests: for analytics, crash reporting, security, fraud prevention and non-personalized advertising.
- Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
7. Children
Our Games are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Data retention
Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Analytics and crash data are kept by our service providers for limited periods (usually up to 14 months for analytics) and then deleted or anonymized. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. To opt out of targeted advertising, use the ad settings described in section 4.
To make a request, email greentreeappteam@gmail.com with the name of the Game. Because we do not collect your name or email in the Games, we may ask for your advertising ID (Settings > Google > Ads) to find your data. We will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Deleting your data
You can delete all game data stored on your device by uninstalling the Game (or, on Android, by clearing its data in settings). To ask us and our service providers to delete analytics data linked to your device, email us as described in section 9.
11. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Please check this page periodically.
